About returns and exchanges

Please contact us by e-mail within 8 days after the product arrives.

If you return the product without contacting us in advance, we cannot accept refunds or exchanges.

In principle, we cannot accept requests after 9 days after arrival, but if there are special circumstances, please contact us about the reason for return or exchange.

In case of damage or malfunction

We take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that they are damaged or defective, we will accept returns or exchanges. For products for which it is not possible to arrange replacements, we ask that you accept only refunds.

The refund amount will be the full amount including the product price, shipping fee, and various settlement fees. There is no customer burden associated with returns or exchanges.

Please attach a photo of the relevant part to an email, and if we find any damage or defects, we will send you a replacement as soon as possible. If it is necessary to directly check the condition of the actual item, we will first respond after returning it to our company by cash on delivery.

Returns due to customer convenience

If the customer wishes to return the item for reasons such as the size does not fit, the item does not match the image, or there is an error in the order, only the item price will be refunded.

The customer is responsible for the round-trip shipping fee and various handling fees for returns and refunds.

Refunds will be processed after the product has been returned to us.

In addition, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if any of the following apply.
<Non-returnable items>
・Our original fountain pen
・Books
・Other products with quantity restrictions
・Pre-order products
・Used products (including unwrapped products, bottled ink, glass products, etc.)
・Products with damaged or missing main unit, packaging, or accessories
・Products returned to us in a significantly different condition from the time of shipment (including packages and accessories).
・Orders for which the orderer and recipient are different

If you have trouble writing with a fountain pen or glass pen

Instead of returning or exchanging, we will respond by repairing and adjusting the pen tip.

Please return the item to us. Regarding the round-trip shipping fee, if the product arrives within 8 days after arrival, it will be considered as an initial defective product and will be borne by us.

Minor scratches on the nib of a fountain pen are unavoidable due to manufacturing, inspection, transportation, etc., and cannot be considered defective. Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or repairs.

About canceling an order

We will accept it only before the product is shipped. If there is a fee associated with the refund, it will be borne by the customer.

We are normally open from Monday to Friday on weekdays, so inquiries on weekends, holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, etc. will be handled on the next business day or later.
