＜日本国内への発送について＞
◎送料（税込） 全国一律 550円
税込11,000円以上のご注文で送料無料キャンペーン ＊九州・沖縄除く
コミック全巻セット、絵本セット 送料無料キャンペーン ＊九州・沖縄除く
平日の月～金曜日が通常営業日となります。
ご注文確定後、原則2営業日 (※1) 以内にヤマト運輸にて発送いたします。
※ コンビニ決済のご注文はお支払い完了の翌日から起算いたします。
※1 ご注文日は含まれません。土日祝日は営業日に含まれません。
（例：金曜日にいただいたご注文は、最長で翌火曜日中には発送いたします。）
※商品ページに発送予定が記載されている場合は、発送日は商品ページ記載の内容が優先されます。
ご注文が集中した場合など、通常よりお時間を頂戴する場合がございます。
配送日時の指定はできません。商品発送後、送り状（伝票）番号をメールでお知らせいたします。
※ メール受信設定により、メールがブロックされている、または迷惑メールに振り分けられているなど、正常に受信ができない場合がございます。 store@hachimonjiya.co.jp を受信できるように設定をお願いいたします。
ご注文内容に応じて、宅急便かクロネコゆうパケットのいずれかにて発送させていただきます。
恐れ入りますが、発送方法のご指定は承りかねます。
※ クロネコゆうパケットはポスト投函になります。発送後にお受け取りの日時・場所を変更することはできません。宅急便とクロネコゆうパケットのどちらでお届けになるかは、ヤマト運輸の荷物お問い合わせシステムにてご確認いただけます。以下のURLもご参照ください。
＜沖縄県・離島へのお届けについて＞ 天候や海の状況、年末年始やお盆期間の欠便などにより、遅延する場合がございます。また、荷物にインクなどの化学製品が含まれる場合も、航空機以外の方法でお届けするため、発送から1週間程度お時間がかかります。
◎ギフト配送について
価格印字を隠す処理を行います。カートページ最下部の「ギフトに設定」にチェックマークを入れ、ご購入手続きにお進みください。
※ 書籍の価格印字はそのままの状態でギフト配送となります。
※ 袋詰めされている商品は一度包装を解いて開封する必要があります。再包装いたしますが、開封の形跡が残る場合がありますので、あらかじめご了承の上、ご設定をお願いいたします。
※ お手数ですが、ラッピングについては別途ご相談ください。
◎代金引換の荷物の受取拒否について
代金引換で発送したお荷物をお受取されない場合や、長期不在などで宅配業者の保管期限（通常1週間）を超過した場合、そのお荷物は弊社に返送されます。
お客様のご都合で返送（返品）となった場合は、往復の送料をご請求させていただきます。
◎納品書について
当店では、お客様の個人情報保護の観点、および環境に配慮し用紙の利用を最小限に抑えるため、納品書の同梱を廃止いたしました。
お買い上げ明細につきましては、ご注文確認メールおよび発送完了メールにてご確認いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
（ご注文確認メールおよび発送完了メールには、コンビニ決済手数料、代金引換手数料は含まれません。あらかじめご了承ください。）
◎コミックのシュリンクパックと帯について
八文字屋OnlineStoreのコミック全巻セットは下記の在庫のいずれかから発送いたします。
「A」 八文字屋の店頭在庫
「B」 八文字屋OnlineStore在庫
Aは店頭陳列用に1冊づつシュリンクパックをしておりますが、Bについては弊社で保管している商品であり、ゴミを削減する観点からもシュリンクパックをしておりません。
ご到着のコミックにシュリンクパックがない場合でも新品・未使用品ですので、安心してお楽しみください。
なお、必ずシュリンクパック梱包をご希望される場合は、カートページの備考欄にその旨をご記載ください。
また、帯は商品ではなく「広告販促物」扱いになりますため、帯付きのご指定は承りかねます。
◎八文字屋店舗での商品の受け渡しについて
下記の必要事項を明記の上、メールにてご注文ください。
- お客様のお名前
- 商品名
- 個数
- 受け渡しをご希望の店舗
- ご希望の店舗に商品が到着した際のご連絡の有無（お電話番号を併記ください）

◎禁止事項
転送サービス（海外転送業者など第三者サービス）を利用したご注文は承っておりません。転送サービス経由での配送となった場合、商品の補償および顧客対応ができかねます。また、転売目的の購入を防止するためにも、該当するご注文は予告なくキャンセルさせていただく場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your order.
Orders are typically shipped out via DHL EXPRESS within approximately 3 business days after the order date. Delivery time will vary depending on the destination.
※ If an estimated shipping date is indicated on the product page, such indication shall prevail.
Once we ship your order, we will provide a DHL tracking number via email. Please refer to it for delivery timing. Customs clearance may cause delays.
We are not responsible for delayed shipments after they have been handed over to the carrier.
* Some products cannot be shipped internationally due to manufacturer restrictions and will not be displayed on the international site. This includes items from PILOT, SAILOR, Platinum, Ferris Wheel Press, and other manufacturers. The 50ml ink from our original line is also not eligible.
Customs Duties & Taxes
Import duties, VAT, and other customs fees may apply depending on the destination country's regulations.
Any applicable fees are the recipient's responsibility and may need to be paid upon delivery.
Please check your country's import rules and coordinate payment directly with DHL if required. Unpaid fees may result in the package being returned or discarded, and we cannot offer refunds.
MANGA & Books
Please note that some countries have specific regulations regarding printed materials such as manga and books.
Customs authorities may inspect packages, and if any content is considered inappropriate under local laws, the shipment could be confiscated or destroyed. In such cases, we sincerely regret that we may not be able to offer refunds or reshipments.
Other Information
We do not offer international gift delivery services.
Orders placed via third-party forwarding services (including international forwarding agencies) are not accepted. We cannot offer support or guarantees for such shipments, and we may cancel orders placed for resale purposes.
