●Cherry
Cherry Kingdom is the largest producer of cherries in Japan. More than 30 varieties are planted in Yamagata Prefecture. The season is from mid-June to the end of July, and is based on the image of Sato Nishiki, which has a perfect balance of sweetness and sourness and shines like a ruby.

● La France
La France is known as the queen of pears. Yamagata Prefecture accounts for 60% of the national production. It is in season from late October to mid-December, and is characterized by its strong aroma, juicy and smooth texture. I expressed the leather part of La France with ink.

●Shonai Persimmon
The Shonai persimmon is a fruit representative of autumn in the Shonai region. The cultivar is “Hiratanenashi”, which has no seeds and is characterized by its flat fruits. It is in season from mid-October to December, and has a crisp texture and sweetness. The fresh and glossy skin of the Shonai persimmon is expressed with ink.
