Refund Policy

1. Contact Period

If you wish to request a refund or exchange, you must contact us via email within 8 days of receiving the product.

Returns sent without prior notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Requests made 9 days or later after delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

We take extensive care in ensuring the quality of our products. However, in the rare case that you receive a defective or damaged item, you must submit a claim within 8 days of receiving the product with the following:

  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  • Your order number and details of the issue.

If your claim is approved:

  • Replacements will be provided only if stock is available.
  • If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued for the product price only.
  • Shipping fees, transaction fees, and any customs duties paid are non-refundable.

Important Notes:

  • All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
  • If the item needs to be returned for inspection, it must be shipped back at the customer’s expense using a trackable shipping method.
  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds or replacements if the claim is deemed invalid.

3. Returns Due to Customer Preferences

Returns due to personal reasons, such as:

  • The item does not match your expectations.
  • The size does not fit.
  • You ordered the wrong product.

Will NOT be eligible for a refund or exchange.

In exceptional cases where a return is accepted at our discretion:

  • A refund will be provided for the product price only (excluding shipping, transaction fees, and customs duties).
  • All return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Our original fountain pens.
  • Books.
  • Limited-quantity items.
  • Pre-order items.
  • Used items (including unwrapped products, bottle ink, glass items, and any product where usage cannot be clearly determined).
  • Items with missing or damaged packaging or accessories.
  • Items significantly different from their original shipping condition.
  • Orders where the recipient is different from the purchaser.

5. Issues with Fountain Pens & Glass Pens

If you experience any issues with the writing performance of a fountain pen or glass pen, we will provide nib adjustments or repairs only. Refunds and exchanges will not be provided.

  • Customers must cover all shipping costs for sending and returning the item.
  • Minor scratches on fountain pen nibs occur naturally during the manufacturing, inspection, and shipping processes. These are not considered defects and do not qualify for repairs or returns.

6. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted only before shipment. If a refund incurs transaction fees, the customer will be responsible for covering these costs.

7. Business Hours

Our business days are Monday to Friday (weekdays only).
Inquiries made on weekends, national holidays, or during the New Year holiday period will be processed on the next business day.
