How to Apply / Purchase

1. Placing an order on this page will serve as your lottery entry.
Please add your preferred nib size to the cart and complete checkout.

• Limit: one pen per person (including different nib sizes).

• Orders placed together with other items will be cancelled.

• Please make sure the box “Receive news from Hachimonjiya Online Store” is checked. This is required to receive the winning notification email.

• No payment is required at this stage.

2. You will receive an order confirmation email.

• This email does not mean you have won or that the item will be shipped.

• Please ensure that emails from store@hachimonjiya.co.jp can be received, as spam filters may block them.

3. Winners will receive an email with the winning notification and payment instructions.

• If there are other items you would like to purchase, you may add them at this stage.

• If payment is not confirmed by Mar. 23 (Mon), the winning entry will be invalidated.

4. We regret that we cannot individually notify unsuccessful applicants.
However, the lottery results will be posted on our website on Mar. 18 (Wed) at 12:00 AM (PDT), along with the order numbers (a five-digit number beginning with #, shown in the confirmation email).

Important Notes

• Nib size changes cannot be accepted after the application is completed.

   

• Cancellations cannot be accepted after Mar. 18 (Wed).

• If multiple applications are submitted, only the most recent entry will be considered valid.

• The shipping address will be entered again when payment is made after winning.

• You can also confirm whether your application was successfully submitted by checking your order history.
