"Sora no Mukou（Beyond the sky）" is a creative confectionery made by Noshiume Honpo Satoya, a long-established Japanese confectionery shop in Yamagata.
The traditional agar confectionery known as Kingyokukan has been given a fantastical and cool glass art look.
A gradation of blue and purple containing air bubbles of various sizes.
The rich blue, which seems to capture the night sky or the deep sea, is expressed in ink.
HACHIMONJIYA NEW-ANCE INK
This is an ink series developed with the aim of "expressing nuances as new inks."
