Regarding delivery of packages affected by snowfall in the Kanto-Koshin region

As of February 5th, 5:00 PM, due to snow, traffic restrictions are occurring over a wide area centered around the Kanto region, causing delays in deliveries by carriers.

Even for customers who have already been notified of shipment from our company, there are cases where shipments cannot be made due to carriers stopping the acceptance of packages.

■ Regions experiencing delays, stoppage at sales offices, and suspension of package acceptance

・Tohoku region, Kanto region including Tokyo, and addressed to Nagano Prefecture and Yamanashi Prefecture
・Addressed to parts of Shizuoka Prefecture

Delays may also occur in areas other than those mentioned above.

For orders where package acceptance has been suspended, we will promptly ship as soon as confirmation of resumption is obtained (We will contact you again for reshipment from our company. Please check the shipment status using the tracking number listed in the shipping notification).
