How to Apply & Purchase

1. Placing an order on this page will serve as your lottery application.
   Please select your desired nib size and proceed to checkout.
   Limit: one pen per person.
   If you order this item together with other regular items, those items will be canceled without prior notice.

2. Complete the checkout process as you would for a normal order.
   The application price is set to USD 0.00, so no payment is required at this stage.
   Please make sure the box “Receive news from Hachimonjiya Online Store” is checked. This is required in order to receive the winner notification email.

3. You will receive an order confirmation email.
   This completes your lottery application.
   This email does NOT indicate that you have won or that the item has been shipped.
   Please ensure that emails from store@hachimonjiya.co.jp are not blocked by your spam filter.

4. Winners will be selected by a strict lottery process and notified by email with payment instructions.
   If you wish to purchase other items, you may do so together at this stage.
   We regret that we cannot notify unsuccessful applicants.
   If payment is not confirmed by Feb 26 (Thu), JST, the winning entry may be invalidated.

Important Notes

• Nib size cannot be changed after the lottery application is submitted.

• Cancellations will not be accepted after Feb 25 (Wed), JST.

• If multiple applications are submitted, only the most recent one will be considered valid.

• Shipping address will be entered again at the time of payment after winning. Address changes at the application stage cannot be accommodated.

• If the order confirmation email is not delivered due to spam filters or mail server settings, we cannot provide support.

• We may not be able to respond to inquiries regarding whether your lottery application was successfully completed. Please log in with the email address used for application and check your order history (menu icon “≡” on mobile).

• If you do not receive a winner notification email, please assume that you were not selected. We cannot respond to inquiries regarding lottery results.

• We may not respond to inquiries about matters already explained on this page. Thank you for your understanding.
