This item will be sold through a raffle.

To enter the raffle, please place your order and complete the checkout process, including payment authorization, just as you would with a regular order.

Orders that are not selected in the raffle will be canceled afterward.

Juhyo—known as “snow monsters”—are natural formations created when seasonal winds from Siberia collide with the trees of the Zao mountain range, coating them in layers of ice and snow.

At dawn, the crystals of snow illuminated by the morning sky shine like quartz, casting a soft violet glow across the vast silver landscape of the frozen juhyo fields.

Important Notes

• Please complete the checkout process, including payment authorization, just as you would with a regular order.
• Limited to one fountain pen per person, regardless of nib size.
• In principle, we are unable to accept changes to the nib size after checkout has been completed.
• You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. This does not mean that you have won the raffle or that your order will be shipped.
• Winners will be notified by a shipping confirmation email. No separate winner notification will be sent.
• If your order is not selected, you will receive a cancellation notification.
• Depending on your email or spam filter settings, our emails may not be delivered correctly. Please make sure in advance that you can receive emails from store@hachimonjiya.co.jp.

Payment and Cancellations for Orders Not Selected

Credit Cards and Other Cashless Payment Methods

At the time you place your order, you will not yet be charged. The amount will only be authorized for payment.

If your order is not selected in the raffle, the payment authorization will automatically be canceled. No charge will be made to your account.

Convenience Store Payment / Paidy / Cash on Delivery

These payment methods are not available for orders shipped outside Japan.

Orders using any of these payment methods will be excluded from the raffle and canceled.

Orders Excluded from the Raffle

Orders that meet any of the following conditions will be excluded from the raffle and canceled:

• Multiple orders or orders for more than one fountain pen per person
• Orders placed together with other products
• Orders using Convenience Store Payment, Paidy, or Cash on Delivery
