This is a glass pen made in collaboration with MOKUReN.
It represents a "flower raft," in which cherry blossom petals scatter on the water's surface and float in ribbons.
The narrow body has been sandblasted, giving it a nostalgic feel while also providing a functional feature by making it less slippery when held.
This is a beautiful piece with a pink spiral pattern subtly mixed with green and blue.
MOKUReN / Reiichi Ikuta
A glass artist, he creates artworks using glass as a material. In 2015, he formed the male-female duo MOKUReN. In addition to his work as an artist, he also creates jewelry and interior items, which are exhibited in Japan, Taiwan, and Australia.
